Our experience purchasing a new 2025 Toyota Camry from City Toyota was the best car-buying experience that we've had. We last purchased a car almost 10 years ago and decided that it was time to purchase a new one. Our journey began the day before Thanksgiving using the Costco Auto Program. We identified the trim level we wanted along with the interior and exterior colors. We were pleasantly surprised when German from City Toyota reached out to us on Thanksgiving morning to offer us a test drive in a new Camry the next day. German provided us with a very thorough briefing on the Costco Auto Program and we went on a test drive. Once our new car arrived from the factory, we went into City Toyota to pick it up and test drive the delivered vehicle. German explained the pricing that we were going to get with Costco's program (which was very favorable), we signed our paperwork and then moved on to Benjamin, a member of City Toyota's financing team. Benjamin explained the financing incentive that was in place for us (it was a fantastic rate!) and we signed all the papers and were out on the road in short order. During every step of our car buying experience, German kept us informed and explained various options in an expert fashion. We felt no pressure at any stage of our new car buying experience and always felt comfortable with our interactions with City Toyota's sales and financing staff.
