He was patient with me throughout the entire process and helped me make the best decision for my current car needs. When it came down to the paperwork and extra sales (such as add-ons and extended warranty), Leon took the time to explain each item to me and gave me the space to think and ultimately make my own decisions. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about my experience at City Toyota! I had been looking for a Toyota Crown Signia for a few weeks and contacted multiple dealerships. They gave me the best competitive offer and took me in day of to make the purchase. It was my first big girl car purchase and Luis helped me every step of the way to feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions patiently and not once did he try to upsell me on anything. I even texted him after the purchase and he answered me every time. This past Wednesday, we visited City Toyota to shop (initially) for a Highlander. While judging from our observations of interactions all around us that the employees at City Toyota were all as highly trained and knowledgeable, we were very fortunate to have been met by Alejandro Lopez. First, my observations regarding City Toyota compared to a number of other dealerships that we visited. City Toyota has a very inviting feel to it. The dealership is quite large, spanning a large lot with added space for vehicles on several floors of a dedicated parking facility. Because of its large space, City Toyota has an equally large inventory of vehicles, both new and preowned. When we entered the main showroom, which was open, full of light, we didn't feel that it was overly imposing or intimidating. And though it was set up to be comfortable with open seating, it was equally full of energy with Toyota personnel working very diligently all around us. We were greeted by an employee at a welcome desk who found Alejandro Lopez for us (minutes after we entered). We were impressed by Alejandro's high degree of professionalism, depth of knowledge, friendliness, easy manner and courteous service, But what set Alejandro apart was his excellent listening skills and ability to steer us in the right direction. After we explained the reasons we were interested in the Highlander (ability to seat at least 7 with 3rd row seating, storage space for carpooling our son and several members of his baseball team along with their equipment, our daughter and her friends to ballet competitions and the occasional road trip for our family) he asked us if we would consider a minivan. My wife and I had previous biases about minivans but Alejandro showed us the Sierra XSE (sports version of the Sierra minivan). In terms of comfort (an important feature for my wife and kids), the Sierra was clearly superior, as was storage space. The Sienna had the 7 seat option, all wheel drive and was a hybrid vehicle, ticking off all the features we were looking for in the Highlander (and later, Grand Highlander). Lastly, Alejandro addressed the one big reason we were reluctant to buy a minivan (because it looks like a minivan). Alejandro introduced us to the more "sporty version" of the Sierra, the XSE model, which did not fit what we thought minivans should look like, My wife and kids all agreed the Sierra XSE was the superior choice. Stil, we asked that Alejandro place us on a waiting list for both the Sierra XSE and the Grand Highlander (we decided the Highlander was too small), both of which were expected to arrive in February of next year. To our surprise (and fate?), Alejandro contacted us two days later (the day after Thanksgiving) and informed us a Sierra XSE which matched the exterior color, interior seat color with red stitching and all other features which we wanted, came available. After spending 3+ hours on Wednesday test driving and looking at several vehicles and close to 5 hours on Friday with us, Alejandro provided the perfect vehicle for us. The signing process was expedited by Ben Gao, who again exhibited the friendly, yet efficient culture of City Toyota. Ben made the signing process fast and easy and we felt as comfortable in our interaction with him as we did with Alejandro. We appreciated Alejandro's ability to communicate why the Sierra was the right vehicle for us and to do so in a manner where we never felt pressured (as a contrast, at another car dealership, they printed a contract without our ever stating we wanted to buy the vehicle and at a third dealership, no one came to speak to us at first and we wondered if they wanted to help us at all). If it were possible to provide a higher than a 5 star rating for Alejandro's service, we would certainly do so and would give our unequivocal recommendation to anyone in the market for a Toyota vehicle to visit City Toyota and to seek out Alejandro.

The facility was clean, well lit, modern, very spacious and comfortable. Free espresso, latte and snacks. City had the largest selection and the lowest price on a new Corolla that I could find. Above all was the friendly and very knowledgeable salesman, Alejandro Lopez. He was on time for the appointment, patiently allowed a long pre-sale test drive, clearly explained all of the important features, connected my cell phone with the four multimedia subscriptions and guided me through the numerous safety feature settings. In addition he sent a follow up email and provided his personal cell phone number offering to explain things again and answer any questions. Alejandro and City Toyota deserve 5 stars for their friendly service and great pricing.

From the beginning, Leon from the sales department made buying a new car easy. From follow-up to delivery, he was available with my many questions. Leon took the time to explain the many new functions of the vehicle to me. A good experience.

I love the way Vahit Madaev (Saleman) and Jude Imoisili (Finance) doing their business. It’s quick and easy to understand. I appreciated their honest principles to clients. We feel confident walk out the dealer after purchasing our car at this dealership City Toyota in (Daly City). Vahit kept his words while Jude explained how the Toyota Care package benefits us later on if anything happens to the car. Jude is not trying to sell the product but he shows us how important it is and why we should invest in the extended warranty. We thankful to purchased our car at this dealership knowing that we’re in good hands with these 2 men. Highly recommend anyone is looking to purchase a car at this place.

Sam was 1) very communicative/responsive over text during the process, and 2) provided quality and efficient customer service during my appointment. For buying my car, I first submitted a request through Costco Auto Program. The car I was buying (Toyota Camry 2025) is in very high demand, so the Costco Auto Program discounts didn't apply, but City Toyota was able to get me a $1000 discount. This was not the case for other dealerships! Sam was very responsive to my questions over text regarding the price, financing, reserving the car, and the ETA of the car getting to the dealership. This was very convenient for me, as I went to the appointment alone.
