At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, Jian was very accommodating. After we sealed the deal Jian helped me drive my other car home while I drove my shiny new Tacoma. This is my second vehicle purchased from City Toyota, both were extremely smooth transactions. 100% satisfied and happy with the warm and fuzzies.

The service department is large, so many cars coming together. It is well organized and I've got attended quikly. They have a nice sitting area with wifi and coffe mchine. The workers are courteus and knowleagable. My only problem with it, is how expensive the service is. I unusually go to small shops and was surprised by how much dealership charges.

I had a headlight that was out and went to two different places where I was told I would have to replace the entire headlight which is not cheap. I was able to get in same day and he kindly helped me with no appointment.
